You may cancel your booking at any time before the driver picks up your package.
Once the driver has picked up your package, cancellation is not possible.
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

| Booking cancelled after driver assignment | 80% |
| Delivery failure due to our fault | 100% |
| Significant delay (>24 hours for instant booking) | 50% |
| Package damaged during transit | Case by case |
| Wrong delivery address (customer error) | No refund |
| Recipient refused delivery | No refund |

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
